Ehhhh. Magic is objectively easy. Like I don’t even use magic in my main build and I prefer to stand on two feet and get to boxing with most of these bosses but I can tell you that it’s just straight up busted once you have the necessary levels. Some of the harder to hit bosses just get straight blitzed with an Azur spell or straight staggered with glintstone spam, the only downside is the sheer amount of stats you need to put levels into to be effective.

You can only nuke away certain bosses with azur the rest wont stay still and since you as a mage are a glass cannon you cant take many hits. Maliketh was actuslly the worst Boss i fought as a mage cause he dodges constantly. Also the randoms became far more dangerous. You wanna explore some region? Well as a glass cannon you will die pretty often since theire is always some dude hiding behind you on your path and you need cast time and when he hits you once you have to cast again and than comes anotherone while casting😂

The difference is spells are, objectively, fucking broken. Absolutely play as you want and and however makes you happy, but there is a reason absurd level challenge runs like ng+stupid or enemies animations being sped up to 3x or whatever(don't remember exact numbers) rely upon spells. Every boss in the game is trivial with a tank spirit+nuke spell. Now, the older games that didn't balance ai for ranged and gave mage similar levels of current nuke were *much* worse, but From has always used mage as the accessability option

Super long video, but it was pretty entertaining, and the builds were different enough to not be repetitive. A couple of thing Tulok didn't mention about Lion's Claw is that you get extreme super armour during the entire animation, which means it's almost impossible to be knocked out of it, and the flip completely changes your hitboxes during the move, meaning you can avoid attacks while using it. It's just a phenomenal AoW.

Possibly lost their old lords like the storm king or were "banished" for heinous acts like dragon communion etc. Considering they are everywhere, I see them like Kaidens except they don't belong to any one group or clan, hence the "exile" and "banished."

Didn’t the Leyndell knights like…defend the city against a dragon siege? And they also fought off the demigods who were coming to lay claim on the Elden Throne. Hell one of their soldiers straight up challenged one of the golden lineage and came out on top, imprisoning the dude. I’m surprised that the Leyndell knights are so underrated. They’re like one of the only factions aside from the Carian Knights whose feats we actually know of.

You should do a gladiator run/Retiarius run, with the full duelist armor set, buckler and either a spear, or a small dagger. Bloodhound step, parry etc. That would be pretty Rad.

The mice never struck first and one was chosen by said ghost to rise up as everyone's defender. The villains were portrayed as well... Villains. Predatory animals like cats, snakes, and wolves - all of which had their rat and ferret henchmen lol. THEY were the violent ones. Now to be fair I've been an avid reader all my life... I STARTED those books in 1st grade and had them finished by 3rd, with the biggest chunk of them read in 2nd. But it had a profound effect on my early life. The good guys were just normal people, living their lives and doing their best not to hurt anyone. When threatened, most of them were powerless or not violent in the least. One person ended up becoming a warrior in defense of the others. And when they did, it was revealed that they were a natural at it. Some people are hard wired by nature with the desire to protect the people around them, and that's OKAY. It's not for everyone, and more often than not they aren't needed that often (or at least in the daily life of normal people in America). But when they are... I'm one of the ones that will be willing to step up to the plate.

Maliketh just scream "WOLF" to me, his snout is too long to be a lion. Have a skinny and agile body while Lions are depicted more of a strong type in media. Wolfes are more associated to black/grey while lions are to gold like Serosh is. Speaking of Serosh, we have a lion and a wolf (Blaidd) that we can compare to Maliketh in game, and to me at least Maliketh is more similar to Blaidd than Serosh.

Damage is *Chunky.* the bullet's smaller than it is on the kris though, admittedly.
