According to presentation in the anime/manga: Burning Slash: Budokai 3 Drain Life 19: Legends (PSX) Big Bang Attack: Raging Blast 1 (because I love the graphics and it's basically the same as UT) Hellzone Grenade: Best Cinematic: Budokai 3; Best presentation of attack: Tenkaichi 3 Light Grenade: Raging Blast (RB2 and UT just overdoing it with the FX) Hell's Flash: Raging Blast 2; I'd give UT this one, but him flying away from the attack doesn't make sense Neo Tri Beam: UT, but with the falling animation from RB at the end Final Flash: Ultimate Tenkaichi, even though Budokai Tenkaichi 3 did the aura best Instant Transmission Kamehame-Ha: Ultimate Tenkaichi Perfect Barrier: Can't decide between Raging Blast 2 and Ultimate Tenkaichi Barrage Death Beam: Tenkaichi 3 (because of colour, I'm not into any of these actually) Father-Son-Kamehame-Ha: UT (Charging with one hand, attack itself looks best, Goku shown as SSJ) Heat-Dome Attack: Actually UT, but if it had the end bit of the Tenkaichi 3 attack it would be perfect Thunder Flash: Actually Infinite World, even though the punching bit in the beginning is unnecessary

The budokai games( Specifically 3) and Infinite World offered great cinematic detail in their ultimate attack’s. Dramatic. I didn’t even know pikons ultimate attack was in Infinite World. But I wasn’t surprised to find out it was stunningly amazing.
