You can go for the Piston buds pro for gaming. Or if looking for other brands go for Bluetooth earphones with low latency modes (aka gaming mode).

Can this be used for one ear deafness. I am deaf in my right ear so will the right bud fit good in my left ear.

Hava a pair for 1 year now , still the best value , for sound , practicality , cost , and ANC works brilliant , and you barely know that is in your ears , in fact for the price , Apple Air pods 1 & 2 is really not that good in terms of sound quality vs these 1 more mini comfort buds, apple air pods just over priced

I bought the Pistonbuds Pro and I've been using them for about a week now. I'm a novice sound engineer and here's my take on the audio: - abysmal Tonality: it's an extremely dark sounding response, big emphasis on bass and gradually, almost linearly falls off towards the treble. Bass shelf goes all the way to about 400hz making it very muddy. Mids are honky, weird peak at around 1.2khz (sounds like if you cup your hands and talk into the cupped hands). Upper-mids to treble sounds like it's 15db lower than the Harman Target - basically poor clarity, poor detail. - poor soundstage: it's either left or right, mostly everything is in the center, no depth (this is common for all IEM's) - poor Technicalities: the driver sounds fairly slow and resolves poorly - thus, quick notes such as hi-hats and bass kicks sound muffled (may be due to the titanium driver element). If Spectral Decay Plots were to be measured, I bet it'd just be a big oval blob rather than a proper ADSR envelope. - weird Timbre: due to the dark tonality and poor technicalities, overall sound signature is like a piece of muddy, wet tree bark. Alternatively it sounds like there's a thick wall between you and the sound source. How to "fix" it: use EQ (Wavelet is free with 9-band EQ), here's my preset (pretty close to Harman IEM): 75hz: 0,0db 150hz: 0,0db 300hz: -3,5db 600hz: -3,8db 1,2khz: -1,8db 2,4khz: -1,0db 4,8khz: +4,6db 9,6khz: +5,5db 19,2khz: +1,3db Conclusion: It seems like the "tuned by a grammy awarded sound engineer" is purely a marketing trick. The sound engineer Luca Bignardi probably just sent 1More a frequency response graph and said "just tune them to this" without any deeper involvement to the R&D and slapped his name on the product. Just get the Galaxy Buds 2's or something - I also have those and they sound better out of the box.
