My wife and I were the first home on the 40' lots at the Parks. Wilson Creek Park Phase 1 is estimated to start construction in July with some fields being ready by Spring 2026. 10 minutes down Custer is Lowe's, Walmart, and a soon to be Whole Foods that should be opening up by the end of the year. Cambridge Crossing will have a full sized Methodist Hospital about 5 minutes away up DNT. Both are great neighborhoods. Like you said, Cambridge Crossing is best for commuters while the Parks is best for the day to day, local life.

HEB will open in the south east corner of outer loop and preston. They bought 2 sites in Celina

@ Coming to builders what i understood all builders are same when it comes to warranty and support. Commute is good compared to northsky. From outerloop we can commute to preston, custer, coit easily.

@@Saalar3259 yeah all the warranty aspects may be the same and communication but the actual feel of the homes and the upgrades offered are vastly different. A trophy signature home or a Normandy home feel so stale when you compare it to an American legend or Perry Homes. I’ve never had someone who wanted to buy a Perry and decided to compromise on a trophy signature home. Just doesn’t make sense
