He basically said it would take 10 years of use before the cost of EVs would be less than gas powered. EV batteries will not last 10 years. Plus they are an environmental hazard with no safe way to despise of or recycle.

I would like to know the charging of these trucks/vans. If most EVs can go a few hundred miles at the most, of straight driving, not stop and go stop and go, I cannot imagine these mail carriers being able to do a full day without charging. I really liked the idea of hybrid. Having a gas back up that kicks in. I think besides big oil and all the greed stockholders, we all want less polluting cars. Power plants come with problems. They can be unbelievably dangerous if something were to happen. Not to mention the waste they create. But what these democrats/liberals are doing like that nut in California, Newsom, is trying to push a technology that does not work. And communist like him just want you to deal with. Oh well, you can't do your job, deal with it. Oh, the grid is crashing, deal with it. If these pathetic, 'we only have 5 years or the earth is dead, as they have been saying for decades, what are they waiting for? There should be martial law that stops all pollution today. If the Earth is going to end, don't you think they would crack down on everything today?! Because it is all b.s. Just like that nut in NY who wants you to give the government money for congestion.
