Which is the Best Brain Retraining Program for Me? Differences between Gupta Program, DNRS, etc.

This video is about my opinion and experience with various Brain Retraining Programs. Disclaimer: I am not a Brain Retraining Coach or Registered Clinical Counsellor. This information is for educational purposes and not a substitute for medical treatment or counselling advice. I discuss my experience with the Gupta Program and its related research, the DNRS program, and I mention Dr. Cathleen King's Primal Trust Program, and ANSRewire. I forgot to mention Dr. Eleanor Stein's Brain Retraining Course: Pathways to Improvement. She is the only medical doctor and psychiatrist that I know of that has her own brain retraining course. Her course is about half the cost of the other programs.
