Love your cocottes, they're really lovely. My favourite cocotte is Staub but it's very expensive. At 2:51 you're supposed to lightly grease it with a little bit of vegetable oil after washing it so it doesn't rust. Thanks for the video. Please post more content. You're too quiet on KZbin 😢

Nice collection of pots! I am dutch, living in Portugal, so please do not critizise my English. I also have several Creuset-pots, in different shapes. My favorit over years is Dofeu. Big, dripping-lid, happy. I do have - in more then one pot - little damages from the emaille. Though Le Creuset says life garanty, I sent pictures about it and the response was dissapointing: Pot was to hot. Not taken care of, blablabla. Icould buy myself a new one with reduction. Bad garanty. The pot still works good. I hang on to it. But, the risk of damage on the email - as with you - is there!
