Nice Analysis bro but i think the the property rates are not affordable to middle class in Seethammadhara, Asilmetta,MVP colony,muralinagar...etc and the City will be seeing only vertical growth in the next 5 to 10 years(Gated Communities with 20 to 40 floors)because of the land scarcity...Yendada/Madhurawada with more skyscrapers coming up similar to Gachibowli in Hyd.

Thank you for your message, I agree that it would be good if VIZAG became an Executive Capital. However, the development of Visakhapatnam does not solely rely on becoming a capital or any other single factor. The city has already developed itself and our Metro Region Development Department is working towards making it a Global City. Whether or not it becomes the capital, the city will continue to progress toward its goals. If it does become a capital, that would be an added advantage. We have many resources available to us that can help grow Vizag's economy and attract more tourists. Many businesses in the area rely on the port, and we have numerous industries such as HPCL, NTPC, Steel Plant, Coromandel, Gangavaram Port, shipping & fishing harbor, and more. Therefore, we have multiple options available to us for continuing our growth as a self-developed city.

So long as IT does not find roots in VSKP, it will only remain as a tier 3 city. There is serious shortage of infrastructure and even water supply.
