He’s definitely a lovely dog 🐶. Any train that has level boarding will always get a first class award like ALL trains throughout Europe 🇪🇺 & uk 🇬🇧 should be level boarding in this day and age folks.

Thanks for watching! Fran can't travel as freely anymore since we got the dog, so we made the decision that I'd do a lot of solo stuff instead. Plus I wanted to do some things that she didn't fancy joining me with - like flying with Ryanair for 24 hours 🤣. But as you see, she'll join me when she can :)

Nice video Drax is adorable. If you haven't already you should checkout LNER First class on one of their remaining InterCity 225 services between London and Leeds. It's the same Class 91 loco, Mark 4 carriages as the TFW service. The service is the same as any other LNER service.

Sounds like you've had incredibly bad luck. I've had a few issues in the past too - I think we all have - but in the main, the trains at least run the full route even if they do get delayed

Drax is a really cool dog! Is he named after the power station? What is depressingly clear is that certain operators eg TFW are markedly better than most. I'll be fascinated to see what happens when these train companies get re-nationalised by Labour. I have fond memories of British Rail in the 60s and 70s...especially the dining car between Edinburgh and Newcastle. I honestly don't think that privatisation has done any good at all.
