Franky Tanky not his base form. Goku has naturally gained a power up from his experience as a ssg. Goku in his base form does Not have God Ki. God Ki can not be sensed and the series makes it very clear that once someone enters any of the Saiyan god forms (ssg & ssb) that only in those forms do they have god Ki due to them no longer have a Ki that can be traced: something that normal Ki can be traced by regular Ki users. We see this when any god form is used, with a character on the side often commenting on how you can no longer sense their Ki. Goku and Vegeta have had their natural base Ki sensed. This topic has been cleared up a long time ago. I am not looking to argue this. Your free to attempt to search KZbin for info if you have no yet, many videos out their can provide direct examples and proof for this. Last thing you want is for KZbin wodes to eat you alive over something so small.

SSB Vegito - Final Kamehameha If you want to test which *move* is stronger, make a ki blast character (with a female Saiyan or something) and use each move separately and see which does more. The damage the move dishes out, like super Kamehameha, changes depending on the character's stats. X100 Big Bang Kamehameha is definitely the strongest "Kamehameha" type skill.

the ahitty thing about goku black kamehame ha? its 3 bars of ki, is a bit quicker and does the same damage as the 5bar rose version. Good about both: you can melee combo into them easily and they almost always hit. Like serious bomb but faster. Ok, serious doea way more damage, but the combo ease of goku black kamehame ha is incredibly useful.
