I've never heard it before and been watching dragon ball since I was 4 (14 years ago). Turns out since I watched dragonball z on tv as a kid (which was in dub) they never used this song which was played in the Japanese version, so I don't think it's that crazy. Well for characters we still miss: - all characters from original Dragon Ball like kid Goku, Piccolo Daimao or Tao Paipai and others (there were 12 characters from DB in Budokai Tenkaichi 3). - From DBZ I don't see Babidi, all Buu transformations, Mystic Gohan or Supreme Kai. But they will show it in next trailer. - We also miss all characters from Movies like Bardock Turles, Cooler or Janemba (there were around 17 characters from DBZ movies in Budokai Tenkaichi 3 + transformations). I'm sure that they will add this in DLC's. - all characters from DBGT (there were 9 characters from DBGT in Budokai Tenkaichi 3 + transformations). And this will also be added in DLC for sure. It's okay to not remember how important the song was because neither did Bandai Namco. That's why they cut it to sell as DLC. Honestly people should mass cancel their pre-orders and demand they put the cut songs from the anime in the base game. We can't keep letting companies get away with blatantly cutting content. Having characters that requires actual development work be released later because they haven't been made yet is one thing, but cutting music that they can just put in to make more money on an already $70+ game is disgusting and Bandai (and other companies) will continue to get away with it until consumers stop just letting them rip us off
