Surprisingly considering the hardware the PS5 version actually looks better the XBSX version. I’m not sure why it looks better, but it does. The best you can get is the PC version, but you need hardware capable of pushing up the resolution and turning on ray tracing.

I love the Xbox version! Surprisingly holding well in terms of matchmaking, despite what many might have you believe online. I do hope that SNK will connect all the versions so that the community is united in playing the game long-term.

I'm playing base Ps4 version and i've no problem with it...i mostly play local with my friends btw. Hopefully when i will upgrade it to PS5 i have no problems with it because we are enjoying the game quite a lot lol!

In the new update they made the game run in directx11 that’s why maybe ray tracing is not showing you need to put “-dx12” from steam command menu of the game to make it run directx12 and show the ray tracing

Some ppl mention about 120fps on Xbox series x, is it true? As samurai showdown is promoted with it's 120fps, but kof xv is not, I am bit skeptical with 120fps on Xbox series x version.. anyway, I don't have a 120fps screen to try out. So, I which you channel can try out this if you have. 120hz 4k display.

KOFXV on Xbox can support 60fps at 120hz, Not 120fps. But it still getting lower input lag on 120hz mode.

the input lag measurements as far as I was able to tell were made wrong. The Japanese guy when he redid the input lag for strive came out and said that they were outputting 4K into al 1080p monitor or vice versa making the PS5 version slower, but when fixing that the PS5 version was actually pretty fast. So in conclusion just play the game and make your own judgements. I just played the PS4 on PS5 and PS5 native version and I feel the PS5 version to feel better. I play mainly on Xbox though, I played the playstation versions merely for resesarch purposes.

The game looks washed out on Xbox Series X, mainly because of a lack of HDR support. Bizarre really in this day and age.

That's definitely not the fault of the Xbox. We all know for a fact that it can do HDR because it literally has an option called Auto HDR where it puts HDR on old games that don't have it

Nice comparison, at the time am playing at a friend's house on pc cause my ps4 controllers exploded, i think ill get the pc version in the future, you should have noted the price difference between platforms, pc version including season pass is cheaper than the vanilla version on every single console.

Team South Pound Town 🤣! Seriously tho, I love that entire team 👍. They all need their classic costumes + Ryuji's knife (with blood). I'm excited for future OG teams... would love to see Kim, Rugal, Eiji, Saisyu, Takuma, etc. I just want actual, classic KoF characters. Not a bunch of toddlers & unrelated, guest characters like SamSho got. That game started really strong, then shit the bed for 2 years straight.

Good video. I have the ps4 version and while its good. I would rather play on the PC version or the xbox series x version. The pacing of the jumps in this game is taking some time to get use to. But the input lag really doesn't help especially with a great or good level 1 and 2 connection. The input lag is worse on further connections and it makes it more difficult to time combos and hops. The PC version would fix this issue which makes it the best to play.

Its funny , i only have a GTX 1060 and iam able to play the game at 1530p thats (2770 x 1530) resolution at max settings and full 60 fps , a shame the PS4 couldn't run the game in its best form as even low end PC GPUs could.

Odd that's an issue on the PS5 version. The game is so fast, it makes the lag online, slightly noticible for me. Seems this could be resolved with an update. SF5 had one for input lag.
