CA sites can be sanctioned for hospital > 33 Yr or 99 Yr lease. But it comes with lot of baggages. Eg 20% of the beds should be given for free. If you dont want the land, then get NABH and get enrolled with all the Govt Schemes against patients' treatment. When you decide on this, we can help you further. All the best
