When it comes to "most evil" i think it has to be Pride. They're all extremely broken indivduals who desperately cling on to one hope or ideal as thats all they have left, but Prides reasoning is the most selfish, while also making no attempts to justify himself. Gluttony understands that hes doing bad things but believes in "Natsuki Subaru" to save everyone. Its evil born out of insecurity and ignorance, though this doesnt excuse the fact that hes still willingly going an a country wide killing spree, that shows no remorse for his actions because of his belief. Maybe 3rd in terms of evil. Wrath no longer believes in anyone except Emilia and builds an entire criminal orginisation in the hope of controling any possible betrayal he might experience again. Its an evil born out of paranoia though he attempts to justify it in his mind. Its also completely self serving and trampling on the autonomy of others. I'd say 2nd in terms of most evil. Greed takes everyones suffering upon himself and while the outcome looks ideal on a surface level he understands just how broken everyone is. He can only attempt to rationalize it with the thought that as long as everyone ended up alive, then this must be okay. I suppose you can say that by continuing to delude himself that this was the right choice while everyone despairs is a kind of evil. Still probably behind Gluttony's actual mass murder sprees. Pride's entire plan was based on becoming the ultimate villain of the Re:Zero world. Killing, manipulation, torture, he essentially aimed to be the most evil as his final goal. ... actually nevermind Lust is the most evil lol

I feel like you didn't quite understand the Wrath IF. What Subaru was drowning in wasn't hatred, it was fear and distrust. Everyone looks black and white to him because he can't trust anything. He flips a coin to determine if people are worth letting live because he doesn't trust himself. He assumes that everyone is lying, that everyone hates him, because that way he won't be hurt when they inevitably turn on him, screaming that he's a monster and a Witch Cultist, that he's revolting and deserves to die. He's basically haunted by the PTSD of having his loved ones who he gave his trust to betray him while screaming that they hated him the entire time. What haunts him isn't hatred, it's fear of others. If he could survive secluding himself in a desolate forest like Emilia could, he'd choose that in a heartbeat.

Subaru became extremely evil in pride, burning down a continent for the purpose of ruining Reinhards image. In gluttony he did the second most terrible things.(still behind burning down the entire continent) Wrath Subaru became the leader of a criminal organization, which killed many and did terrible things. Subaru made many poor decisions. But all of them had good intentions. King Subaru is a pedophile. Married Subaru was scared, and ran away. Terribly sad though since as he dies from old age, he'll go back to that decision. Forcing the story forward through the main route.
