Yes, I guessed the potato cake right! The reason i picked that potato is because the texture of it looked a bit to rough compared to the other potatoes. She always does an amazing job on her cakes! 🎉

I got it on the potato hair. It was darker and slightly thicker looking than than other hairs

I love being able to see the finished piece among the inspiration when it's food themed. I managed to get it right this time because I noticed the texture of the cake was slightly off compared to the real sweet potatoes, but there have been times when she really nails it and the cake perfectly blends in with the real food.

I thought this one was slightly easier than most- it was noticeably darker than the rest and you could tell that the hair had been cut from a strip and was thicker.

This was awesome to watch, as always! Your cakes inspire me to keep going with my art. Drawing and painting may not be the same as making hyperrealistic cakes but I know that your background is in fine art. You just remind me that it's fun to give anything a go, and that it's not that serious if it doesn't work out how I want it to first try. I used to give up so easily but with your inspiring videos and one piece of advice from my old art teacher (if you don't like it keep working into it i.e. don't give up so quickly), I keep going, and over time I'm liking more and more of the art I make. I guessed it pretty easily. Maybe it was just my screen or my weird eyesight giving me an advantage, but the 'potato hairs' were clearly flat and the same width all the entire length. The roots on the real sweet potatoes were tubular and varied in thickness. I'm so sorry, I know how proud you were of them!

I only guessed your sweet potato at the end correctly because there was a crinkle on the hair you made and you actually showed that one previously when you created them. And that didn’t look natural.
