The new one is objectively better, but the old one has more of a "fun" vibe to it. It sounds like something you'd play in irregularity isle or another early-game world, instead of a post-game "final challenge." Incorporating some of the voicelines and the "don't miss" sections from the final song into the old version would likely make it heaps better, but that's just my take. I've also heard via these comments that the old version was made by a less-than-respectable individual, so it was probably better this way.

Imagine once you get to the end of the mod and it's just the old unbeatable, it would've been the most underwhelming and disappointing endings to an otherwise incredible mod The current unbeatable is easily the better off the two, longer run time, better melody, better ending, everything. It didn't disappoint and made an already incredible mod go out with a bang.

I’ll give both one thing Old: I love the fake out before Bowser’s section, anyone who hasn’t seen the ad (face it, it was a lot of us before Unbeatable came along) wouldn’t know Bowser was coming New: just generally better, but I do appreciate the better mixing with the combined part, (level 4) really giving the feeling that this is an all out war between everyone

I like the old intro better, as in the part before they actually start singing, than the new one but that’s the only point I can give the old Unbeatable. The new Unbeatable is an incredible remaster, it’s not even the same thing anymore really, it’s something better. Old Unbeatable- score 1 : New Unbeatable- score 1,000,000
