Yes. Many people keep their phones for more than 2 years. Don't normalize throwing out something that works fine just for the sake of buying a new phone.

@@NasiLemakTech yes I agree with you some people doing that if they don’t Interesting that much about gaming or just doesn’t have the budget to buy new phone. But As we know many companies like Xiaomi update their phones for 2 years and also we are living at the golden age of mobile gaming that after 2 years you need new chip to be competitive when the new games will demand good specs to play the game at max frames. So those phones after 2 years most people they use them as secondary phone in homes most likely in Europe at least. If you live in Asia maybe you give it to your smaller brother or to your kids. But with 120 chargers and the ability to charge really fast (15-20 minutes)I don’t think is gonna be that big problem even the battery life reduced.

My Rog 2 phone just died… I don’t trust Asus anymore, no point having more power if it melts the motherboard. I’m looking at red magic or black shark, but I don’t trust 888/gen 1 either, so I might just get an old rm6/bs4

Tbh, mobile gaming with such intense heat isn't healthy for the user it the device. Getting an old falling phone wouldn't solve the issue either. It just soften the blow when the device eventually dies.

If you have the money it's actually a no brainer. Get the ROG phone. But if you will really think about it, a gaming phone is not worth it especially if you're not a pro gamer. Imo gaming phones are recommended for pros or those who plan to be pros.

If you think thise phone is only to play a specific games(codm,pubg,ml,lol and other online games etc) then your wrong It doesn't have to be an those type of games The are other single player games one need high graphic to play for better experience

TBH I don't like the touch triggers on ROG Phone. Physical triggers feel so much better. I also tried the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel before and I still don't like touch triggers.

I just don't prefer touch triggers in general. Physical is so much better. I don't think many people get to compare both touch and physical triggers side by side - but once you feel the magic of physical triggers, you won't want touch triggers anymore.
