Got back into MTG and learned about EDH when LCI came out. Bought 1-2 new precons each set since starting, but man feeling that product burnout. Might pick up izzet spellslinger if I do buy any new of them.

What do you mean by in the command zone no doubt? By vihaan effect to gives other outlaws viligance and haste , I’m pretty sure that only works when he’s on field but I’m new so let me know? Thanks

Yeah, it only works when he's on the field. When I say "having it in the command zone" I mean, that it is accessible all the time because the commander has that attached to him so when you play him it's active
