Which Persona games will Persona 5: The Phantom X collab with?

I'm pretty sure that both Metis and labrys are going to get special collabs that are going to be bigger than most characters like ann or chie or Akihiko, those two are of course Aigis's sisters so they were going to get special attention no matter what

Didn’t realize that P5X has online Tycoon multiplayer…hell yeaaaaaah ;) Def makes me wanna play P5X even more than before, it’s my favorite minigame of all time

yesss the online tycoon is so fun! It was added like a month ago and they are actually updating the game mode today with brand new card artwork and they are changing the rules a bit. It’s such a fun game mode especially when you can actually play it with others.

If theres one thing i hope that Phantom X would do, I hope they add Tatsuya or Naoya from P2 and P1 respectively. But i understand if the P5X devs cant do that but its just a thought i guess

For me, this is just a personal opinion, but I'd doubt they'd add every part member from 3 and 4. TO me, they would use the colab to promote their persona. So they probably only have one specific dungeon and 2- 3 characters from every game. I especially doubt they'd do all the persona 4 dungeon since they confirmed a 4pg remake having all the dungeons could ruin the anticipation for the game. For characters picks from persona 3, I think Agis, who would be a pierce Aoe dps Makoto yuki if he has Thantos then a curse or almightyaoe dps. If Orpheus the fire support. Side note I think Takaya would be a funny pick if not then between Junpei and Yukari For persona 4: Yu would be and lighting aoe dps with one skill Rise, who would be a navigator Noato would be a might support with like also bless and curse skills. Adachi would also be a funny pick. I'd imagine him actually being a curse debuffer like rin. But specialize in more aliments

Another question I thought of is what these characters guns would be seeing some of the don't have range capability or only use guns but I think it would be hilarious if Yu's gun of choice was darts and it would just be a reference to the kings game scene. They can even have his quote for the AoA card be "I'm the king"

Oooo yeah I totally forgot about the P4 remake, if they basically remade P4 in P5X that would totally cause some problems 💀 Big copium right here: but what if this collab is so far in the future that it drops after the P4 remake drops lol I also forgot about the entire problem with the P3 and P4 cast not having guns and not having P5 AOA’s and now I can’t stop thinking about how they’ll solve this problem.

I haven’t played P5X yet, however I think Akihiko could be an Elec / Buff kind of user. His Theurgies are both electro and his Personality increases the power of buffs on himself. Additionally, my problem is if they decide to crossover 3 and 4, will they give the party members Phantom Thief forms or keep their regular outfits? If the latter, could we see regular outfit users in the future? Would their All-Out Attacks just be taken from P3Re and P4G or would they be in the P5X style?

As much as I love the idea of Akihiko being an Elec Buffer there is a slight problem. There's already an Elec Buffer in the game, her codename is Chord, and she is literally one of the best buffers in the game at the moment. Chord is able to buff damage output, buff crit rate, and help teammates spam their special Highlight moves, so making Akihiko compete with someone as good as Chord could be troublesome. I think if they wanted to make Akihiko an Electric Buffer they would need to give him a unique gimmick that could make him an alternative to Chord or maybe just make him REALLY REALLY good, but making him too good could lead to some power creep which might not be optimal. Alternatively, they could also make Akihiko into an Electric Debuffer! After I made this video I also began to think about problems with the P4 and P3 collabs that I forgot to mention. I don't think these party members would be in a Phantom Thief Suit, they would probably be in their regular attire. There are currently two characters in P5X that actually don't have Phantom Thief suits. These characters are Summer Closer and Summer Moko, they are special summertime variants of existing characters and they are wearing swimsuits instead of a Phantom Thief suit. This also means that they don't wear masks during fights like the rest of the cast. I think this could mean that the P4 and P3 party members would be in their original attire. But Closer and Moko also have forms in regular Phantom Thief attire sooooo idk LOL. I also think that the P4 and P3 party members would probably get brand new AOA art in the style of P5. I think they would do this to avoid their art styles from clashing with the P5X art style.

@@Ayaka_Sakai I gotcha, I think that's all fair! I've personally been putting off trying to play P5X until it becomes available to the English crowd, so this is some pretty useful info to know! I heard about Chord at least, and how she even got an entire music video. Well whatever ends up happening with the game and the crossovers with other Persona games, I think it'll be pretty damn sick.

Recent developments have been pointing to this show containing the announcement of global P5X. Hope you have fun with the game when it releases!

I think P5X will prioritise P5 console titles collab first. Based on some reliable leaks, there's another upcoming P5 spin-off/follow up story to properly close P5 gen proper. Since P5X is a mobile title, they can adapt to the new narratives and characters.

@Ayaka_Sakai most of the leaker's info is based on the business patterns and trends, so some areas might not be reliable. They got right about some console titles games completed development earlier, but chose to hold back release to give time for localisation and English VA for worldwide release. For P5X, they mentioned it should be revealed in earlier Global events, but considering the current Asian servers run, plus the time for localisation and optimization, it was forced to hold back. This resulted in JP version reveal first in Tokyo Game Show before potential Global server, likely for TGA 2024 announcement since P5X global web domain was registered earlier.

I don't think Yukari should be the semi healer and dps and buffer, That should go to Yosuke as he is more of a buffer dps than healer in p4g. It should be yukari who is a single target healer. Edit: Akihiko should be a debuffer with one elec move/phys.

Oh yeah! I completely forgot about how good a buffer Yosuke is in P4G he fits that role so well. tbh I kinda didn’t use him in P4G 😭 Also, Akihiko as an elec debuffer does actually make sense because he has some debuff moves in P3R

Oof I just googled it and found out it's a gacha game, based on your comment I'm going to assume they were basically selling another version of an already existing character 😭 I will admit, P5X has sort of done something similar already. They basically sold different variants of a character but they changed their appearance, their kit, their element, and even their character role. So I don't think P5X is THAT bad when compared to other gacha games. Still praying they don't sell two versions of Labrys in the future tho 🙏
