I’ve had a cheap Vortex rangefinder that’s served me well for several years now. In the area where I live, stumbling upon line of shot lane past 1000 meters without smacking into a mountain is rare. Comes in handy on the golf course as well 😂

For those of us with a more modest budget I would try the: SIG SAUER KILO3K 6X22MM I believe these even have built-in environmental sensors and 800 yd ballistic calculators for like $300 on Amazon.🎉 I think you can even drop waypoint pins.

Whats a better rangerfinder, the terrapin x or the newest leica geovids? Is there any down sides to the geovids within 2500 vs something like the vectronix terrapin original or plrf15?
