Strength alone he can surpass Nikolai and Stand up to Skips. Unfortunately he is weak in the pepperonis and not too intelligent in combat. Nikolai is capable of dispatching Mitch due to his training and Skips can out smart him.

Skips was shown to lift a van for reps during a casual training session, while Muscle Man was being empowered by immense amounts of rage to throw cars around. If the armwrestling episode was an accurate measure of strength of theirs, Muscle Man should be able to hold his own against Skips for a mere few seconds in a potential fight.

​@@MedievalDerp Later on in this totally normal Regular Show episode, Mordecai and Rigby would eventually find out that their favorite actor would turn out to be in secret, an evil "brainwashing" soap demon who sneakily "brainwashes" those who desire the autographs of his with unsuspecting soap bubbles seeping into people's heads to forever stay as his overly loyal fans as he loathes the idea of his own fans slowly liking him less as time passes. He then becomes this angry, malicious, giant soap-based demon as he finds out Mordecai and Rigby knows about his schemes, chases them with murderous intent driving their usual golf cart on the way back to the park and wreaking havoc along the way, then with a completely obliterated golf cart - they arrive at the park and are caught up in a dead end cornered by the lake unable to go anywhere, soap demon then arrogantly blabbers about "I will forever be the best and cleanest actor" bla bla, as he corners a scared Mordecai and Rigby only until they find a random fire hydrant with a hose right next to them. With excitement and hope, they blast water on the soap demon, slowly melting him and eventually making him explode, which causes a ton of soap to go all over the park and melt the soap demon into a comically large block of soap. Benson then arrives at the last second all pissed off at Mordecai and Rigby about the soapy mess thats all over the park, complaining angrily "I told you to do your job and get a comically large block of soap, now you may have gotten it, BUT NOW THE PARK IS A SOAPY, SLIPPERY MESS ALL OVER AND THIS GIANT HUNK OF SOAP IS NOW ABSOLUTELY USELESS! CLEAN UP THE ENTIRE PARK WITH SOAP ALL OVER, OR YOU'RE BOTH FIRED!"

I’d argue muscle man is stronger than Thomas/Nikolai. In season 4 episode 2: Starter Pack, we see how strong muscle man is when he’s angry. He effortlessly picks up and throws trees with one hand, picks up a car, and even throws an entire large shed at least 60+ feet. Ain’t no way even a trained spy is capable of dealing with that.

There is also the fact that Muscleman can be extremely strong when he wants to be, tearing up trees, fighting a large squad of armed to the teeth security. Heck, he has even been shown to throw a van as well as even tear a building out of the ground and throw it right on top of a moving car. There is also Skips while aged and wise, doesn’t really have the best record when it comes to his fights, being beaten in hand to hand combat on multiple occasions.
