People should not to forget that the relics and not the main game. Its just a small extra benefits for one or other skill. Which should not be looked too seriously. Since we all get huge xp, maxing a skill is not a problem, rather think about some boring and tedious grinds that you will need to do and you could avoid, like making cannon balls if its super important for you, or have lots of fish, which is important for pvm and you will still need to grind your stacks.

Asgarnia gets you motherlode mine which was buffed since last league and/or you get expert mining gloves. Taking power miner and asgarnia sems redudntant. But power miner does seem poweful in a nutshell. Also stars are still a thing and super accessible. So i think power miner is fair to skip, but still very powerful.

I like animal wrangler, but mainly because it will help me jump straight into PVM with bankers note by providing me lots of cooked fish. I dont feel a need to go desert or wilderness when I can take kandarin for chinchompa hunting grounds. Regions are always a higher priority than these t1 relics, so i really am waiting for the echo boss information. Thanks for the video! Liked!

I agree, I thought it over and powerminer has the best skilling, you get access to fletching through darts you can make, you get access to dfs, ward, whatever else, you can make better axes for woodcutting, you can make gp alching too. You can still just fish karambwans, you can just burn logs normally or go to wintertodt. Mining is the best option imo.

power miner is so chill, and i agree with it all~ fills a lot of my gaps but time will tell cause i could do mlm and could do volcanic mine for dpick hah~ plus herbiboar makes animal wrangler just not matter form e unless i had red chins~ axeing is fun and all too but yeah its just not enough skills or perks yet especially not when fossil island teaks and bonfires exist :P

Potential fix for Tirawwyn is to give the crystal equipment unlocked there the benefits of the gear that you didn’t take at Tier 1. I’m team Pickaxe btw. Really like the Harpoon, but definitely taking the Pickaxe here.

I disagree with the sentiment that GF would be in contention with having Power Miner because I feel the same way with it you do about having Animal Wrangler at Tempoross, it synergizes with it really well. In order to even do GF, you need either bars or metal items to smelt down, so what better way than to farm those bars than to use Power Miner?

I'm leaning towards Power Miner even while planning to go to Desert, Wilderness, and Varlamore (all of which have good animal wrangler synergies). Everyone will have access to gem rocks and getting crafting exp passively while mining will be great. I could even mostly ignore the smelting aspect since I have Giant's Foundry to keep me from falling too far behind. I'm going for the Golem this league and having a good reason to get 200m exp while getting two others to 75m if I go dry on the pet is a bonus.

I feel like asgarnia is actually a negative synergy for power miner, similar to desert. With desert, you may have the best mining exp in the game with sandstone. Bars can be used in giant's foundry instead of equipment. It does already have the dragon pick though.

Power miner is likely what I'll choose. Even if the relic only made bars without needing coal it's what I would choose. On top of that I can sit on lvl 1 crafting till I start gem rocks, get a ton of cut gems auto-banked, and then trade them for tokkul, obby, and an onyx or two? It's a no-brainer to me. Animal wrangler, while I'd like to not burn food and having slow fish caught extremely quickly for interesting training methods, it's just not enough to push me away from coal-less bars. Lumberjack is not even on my list. My regions may be Varlamore > Asgarnia > Desert. But that's based off of barely any information. _(I just think the set bonuses from Moons are going to go insane this league)_

Stars make mining one not as good. Trees on fossil island make wc bad. Only a crazy person would take woodcutting - fm in zeah. Fishing were near a bank anyway like tempross it has no effect other then a little cooking time saved. As for hunter thats passive through birdhouses. So their is absolutly no doubt that mining relic - smithing is much more useful. Definitly for those not wanting star mining.

cheeeeers! cant believe its been almost a whole YEAR, but now we have a LOT to consider. i just wish they didnt split my gathering babies apart cause now im 2/3 more pain hahaha buuuuuuut its a FANTASTIC flood of strategizes and others benefits whether its more skills, better off utility, gold profitability, or even just fixing skills that suck. best of all is HOW MUCH VALUE different region unlocks affect which t1 matters the most! its gonna be the wildest relic for leagues regret if we dont theory craft :P asgarnia lifeeeeeee and yeah power mining dream but idk lol. still great shout for cannonballs steel bars even without desert

best part of new mechanical interest in the T1 choices is the 50% chance to succedd on a fail~ wild how much that buffs rates nad makes every possible highest level content so much more valueable~ i mean axe is weak atm, but 700+ magics chopped/hr is still funny

I feel like Desert gives Power Miner the most value. You get instant bars so you can rush Giant's Foundry and you get darts so you can get 99 fletching as well. It completely makes Lumberjack's arrowshafts a complete joke.

Power miner is pretty easily the best imo. Almost everyone is going to pick Varlamore and rumors offer the best early exp and rewards. Chins are fine but you have to have a place to throw them (Kandarin still terrible likely), and there's not much of a point in chinning in leagues when most every region is going to have a ranged boss that you will have to farm. Canonballs are much more valuable imo since they speed up one of the slowest skills, Slayer. Cutting gems is also definitely nice to save you some time at the gem stall (Varlamore rubies are going to be insane though).

Imps have alot of drops by themselves. it's more a QOL then anything else, like if you train hunter in puropuro, you never need to buy new jars.

Just saying it seems like a pointless addition for a small group of people who waste time getting jars

One more benefit to consider on the axe: it will make getting Wintertodt supplies a breeze. Setting it to auto-fletch means you're instantly getting kindling for the fire. Points go up, reward chances go up. But yeah I think I'll still take the harpoon. With Kandarin for Barb Fishing that means the harpoon gives you afk 99s in fishing, cooking, agility, and strength.

I think you got the ore part wrong, I don't think you get 4 ores at once, rather it does not deplete untill you have mined atleast 4 ores from a source. Nice video tho.
