@@basstrammel1322 I don't think them seeming happy on camera is a good indication that they're being taken care of. I'm pretty sure most of them are part time, and (especially in entertainment), sometimes the contracted time to compensation ratio doesn't maintain because the employee ends up having to put in more than the contracted time to get compensated. I'd want to see contracts and time sheets before I'd say anything about a part-time employee of youtubers being treated well by their employer

That dog whisperer guy is following incredibly old fashioned and even harmful theories of canine training. Dogs respond best to positive reinforcement and reward. His entire method of training is based on one study from ages ago which looked at wolves in captivity. Dogs are not wolves! They don’t actually think humans are dogs, and even if they did would not interact the way he claims. Cesar Milan has some okay points, especially with aggressive or totally untrained or fearful dogs you need to have very rigid structure and rules. But harsh corrections never work, and any corrections need to be done immediately and kindly. Besides which, if you do have an overly aggressive dog you need a reputable trainer or preferably dog behaviorist to teach you how to train that specific animal. Copying a tv show or book with a blanket approach will fail.
