Which rocket launcher is right for YOU? (super doomspire)

hey so this video is about rocket launchers in super doomspire and what they do
i think that was pretty obvious from the beginning but hey with how stupid people are nowadays i figured i'd throw in a bone for the people who couldn't figure it out from the title
there will be 4 more videos in this series, covering swords, bombs, superballs and trowels. i hope you look forward to those! this video took a surprising amount of time to put together, and i'm assuming those ones will too.

"I'm serious, do not use the Ice Staff. It is really bad." Yeah I recently mained Ice Staff and I'm proud of it. Its Chill Effect is actually pretty useful for follow-ups, especially when using Bow (my beloved). The fact that it doesn't one-shot and instead freezes could, in my opinion, serve to sort of taunt people, almost as if you're saying "Oh wow, you died to Ice Staff of all weapons? Shame on you."

Sometimes Home-runner load outs are tough to make, you might want a "mobile" type, or a "defensive" type or even a " aggressive" type. so many choices for your load out it is hard to make it right.

@@arkonomx7271 It can be very effective, the problem is that not many use it efficently to it's full extent, like me, I kinda play other games now besides roblox but it is important to consider playstyles

True! There's no "correct" loadout, it basically just comes down to what you *think* is the most effective in terms of how you like to play the game. It's surprisingly subjective

@@SystemPhantom I have not played games from roblox for over months (4-5) now and I feel glad, I basically substituted that with the main game "Risk of rain 2", featuring some mobile games, but not much otherwise. I find playstyles very influential for gameplay, even when others don't realize it as often. Infact if one team of per-say 5 had a full debuff based loadout compared to a team of 5 with a long range loadout, it would be the team of long range on top for better advantages. Other than that having mixes of items for a loadout can be convenient at times as well.

Thanks for making this video! I’ve mained for the arm cannon for a long time and your description of it is completely accurate! Its good for bomb jumping, sniping kills, and chip damage! I love how you have basically zero reload time for the quick weak shots so you can chip down enemies easily. The only main thing I think it struggles with is breaking towers as you have to slowly charge it up every time which dramatically limits mobility, but I’ve found if your close to the part of the tower you intend to blow up, you can use your rocket both to destroy blocks and as a bomb jump to shoot away from enemies and then recharge your rocket at a safe distance. It’s a really fun option once you master it!

Using bombardier at a really high place and hoping it hit someone is really fun for me, especially when it hits. The amount of adrenaline powering through that one brain cell of mine makes it worth wasting a bomb jump for.

i remember doing this back when there was a glitch that made bombardier rockets clip through thin objects like bridges. literally nobody could see it coming! one moment you see nothing, and the next moment you see a literal airstrike barreling towards you. nightmare-inducing stuff.

the good thing about crystal blaster’s limited range is that you can use it in specific situations to kill players without actually hitting them head on, some people have also found ways to jump midair using the explosion

I usually win battles by dodging a bunch and throwing aimed attacks until it manages to hit them😂 some rounds it works surprisingly well though. Others, not so much. Though I suppose it depends on your opponents top

I personally am a "hybrid" player. I main bombardier and homerunner, and some games I like to be the dream of a 5th grade bully and kill everyone. And sometimes I just want some destruction. but oh no. the REAL chaos begins when I decide to do both at the same time.

Star blaster is probably gonna be the best rocket launcher for people with stalker load outs because they can use things like the top hat to gain height and then deal more damage with it.

Fun fact: You can combo the snow ball and the rockstar to make the ability somewhat or maybe extremely useful

I love this video, this made me rethink my use if the default rocket launcher and my eventual change to shadow dragon. Furthermore, I'm excited for your sword review video review. My main loadout is shadow, darkheart, default, turret and coconut. I have been playing this game for 3 years and the only thing I disagree with about this video is the laser cannon review, I honestly beleive it is a worse rocket then frost staff though the opinions on which weapons that are "good" are purely subjective. As a pro of super doomspire, i approve of this video.

Sticky bomb can get some hilarious kills for aggressive builds. I've caught more people off guard than I should have by smacking them with a sticky bomb right after they use their rocket. Though I still think that it's worse than normal bomb

yea true the burning effect is good for getting close range damage - i still think it is better described as a tower destroyer because of the extra blast radius. having extra blast radius doesn't really help in combat unless you are really bad at aiming your rocket launcher

I usually use bombardier cause getting kills? What's that and I perfected the angle needed to destroy bridge,towers etc but time to time I use crystal since it's basically a shotgun you know short range but high damage and I like me some shotgun

I use armcannon, the only problem I have with it is that it’s not easy to shoot down the cats in roundcat rally since its full charge is pretty slow, and the medium charges can’t break stuff anymore still really like it though

true, power chord really went through a character arc or some shit. used to be an instant kill on anyone in a 3 metre radius but now it basically just deals 15 damage and knocks people back 2 inches, after which it leaves you vulnerable for twelve centuries

As someone that uses Rockstar. Oh boy it belongs as a UTILITY or DESTRUCTION. Because it has the same stats as default rocket outside of projectile speed... That slightly faster reload can be taken advantage of when destroying towers with a classic bomb to shred a tower regardless of distance, but close, it because is bubble-gum. Rockstar's slower projectile is funny. As the hitbox when jumping from it is distorted to be bigger than most and push you further if lucky, along side... If shoot it at the ground than people walk into it. The game calculates rocket damage on how much it has been around, and guess what? That walk distance speed can be exploited to make the rocket do higher damage than default at the same range. Nullifying the enemy's chance to respond. The AoE ability is to annoy and taunt, it's best to use it when someone is using a default bomb or a gem, than saving your own tower. Most people who don't use this rocket don't know about it. This stat can be a nuisance to anyone dumb enough to not realize that this rocket can do that. Saving a projectile in combat! Use a rockstar and no knockback weapons, can be beyond a lethal combination. Snow ball or Fire is great.

Oh boy it's best to view the rockstar's projectile less like an offense, but more like a messy hitbox as rocket + shadow blade lunches with this is just unfair at times. The AoE ability is actually USEFUL. If anyone is using default bomb or gem bomb skins. You can fling it at people or.... Just protect your team. The embarrassing KO's is what I really love this weapon for as I have made servers rage quit due to the snowball + rockstar combo. If you can KO people's towers before the opposing team. You get a free win, but if deal with the other team's folks... You're going to have a bad time in sudden death moments.

Weirdly, i started to use the crystal blaster to pair with my homerunner cus the scope shot was slow in reloading and had a small splash radius. And it also helped me force myself to improve both close range and long range attacks with the coconut. I've started to neglect the turret and switched to shadow clone too for mobility and evasion reasons. Should i make more changes like replacing the coconut with shuriken or switch to a shadow blade or darkheart?

in this video i used the built-in microphone on my razer blackshark v2. it's surpisingly good for a headset mic! the only headset mic which could top this is maybe the one on the beyerdynamic MMX 150. i'm getting a new microphone soon (sudotak) so that should hopefully upgrade my audio even further
