I have had an illness for the last 6 years and I am about 70 to 80 percent improved. I have also been able to finally get enough sleep and sleep schedule back to my body to help me out. Working overnight, I would need to re regulate my body again. I have been considering starting a one person security service, so maybe I need to take the leap of faith save up the $400 that's needed here in RI. Thanks again , Mr. Murphy for a great video!!! I've been working overnight security in the cannabis industry for about 4 years. I like the peace and quiet and I get to actually have a life during the day. However, this is when the robberies happen and I've never been paid a differential for the increased danger. Never even heard of a company that does that.

Some do pay more for overnight I guess it goes by the company and the threat level like lvl 3 guard

@@neworleansmade504 We talk among ourselves about the threat level in this industry being high enough to deserve a pay differential but I don't think anybody has seriously confronted an employer about it. We make good money but there are guards that will never see as many armed encounters as us that make more.

Been doing overnights for years. Various sites and levels of danger. Now evening / morning shift is the way to go

Im 52 & a Army veteran 4yr MP enlisted 🚔. Ive worked nights-over night around 70% of my adult life. Im in FL so cold weather is not a big extreme. 1 issue is a increased risk, problem of drunks, homeless-unsheltered, construction 🚧👷🏼🔨. If can work alone or a 1 person site, Id do it. Night shifts seem to draw guards or officers who want to yip-yap all shift or they gripe, complain every 3min.
