Thank you. And, congrats on getting in two whole years.

@@TheSecurityOfficerNetwork you are spot on in this video, and I could tell you stories from the site I worked at. Some really good from the employee's at the site I worked for and some crazy, stories. A good experiance, but if I ever get into security I will not work at that site, and I would only work as a armed security officer.

i worked for them for 4 years. i was with Securitas for 7 years prior to that and i worked at a mall. the client switched to Allied because he wanted better wages for us. i loved the client and he liked us so i stayed at the mall. allied does some messed up shit like hiring people who are not suited for the post

I had an interview w Sr Account manager for position in Charleston SC. The person who was to meet with me GHOST ME. I have three and half years of law enforcement, six years of security ( three years in a Supervisor or Field Supervisor position both in armed position). I called and even left a message to have the person call me back to reschedule but no return phone calls. Waited my time.

From what I understand this is not the case in all areas.

Yep. I work Allied. Not ONE of the three guards who work first shift has been on time in 3 weeks (including the SUPERVISOR who is often over an hour late). I never know when I’m getting off.

I think that's a pretty common issue with AUS. Very frustrating.
@detarak_oonson1119Ай бұрын
AUS is what most global and/or large companies are. When capitalism is stressed by undue regulations and corporatism, companies like this grow too big and bloated that they don't do much of what they say they do. AUS is bad at this, Securitas is worse.

The Elite Contracts for Allied are their own thing, more like a plus membership for the client lol. The pay is better because they put you through "advanced training" to usually work areas that are known for violent crime. They aim to hire former military, corrections, or law enforcement for these positions, but if you have a brain and put yourself in front of the right people, they'll still push you through. Before I enlisted in the Marine Corps, I was on the Elite Security Officer Contracts for the HEB account with the Austin, TX branch. The pay was 26.50hr. (From what I've been told they'll be receiving another raise soon) I'm probably gonna go back to work for them when I finish my contract with the Marines, but I definitely do not miss dealing with crackheads on the daily. I just miss all the overtime I used to rack up on cause the military don't pay shit. Either way, Allied is like the McDonald's of the private security industry, and I know there's way better paying contracts out there that'll I'll probably never know about. It's the luck of the draw, unless you know people.
