Which Shaker Bottle is the BEST? | Shakesphere vs Blender Bottle vs Helimix

With so many bottles on the market, which one does it best?
There are plenty of comparisons between Blender Bottle and other shaker bottles with bouncy shaky things on the inside... but how does the quintessential Blender Bottle compare with the new kids on the block?
Introducing the Shakesphere and the Helimix shaker bottles, which both aim to mix your drinks without the need of a whisk ball or other plastic jiggly thing.
Of course each company claims their bottles is the best, so let's pit them against each other and see who comes out on top.

Hey, man. Loved the video. I recently just bought a Blender Bottle for my 5 scoops of daily bulk gainer and it works phenomenally. Just one tip for ya, try to make a script next time or maybe have some notes you keep close-by so that you don't ramble so much! Rambling is nice if people want to hear it, but, for the most part we just want results. Also, I work as a cook/dietary aide for the elderly and there is no way in hell I would call that a successful "puree". Puree is supposed to be similar texture to that of applesauce. What the Shakespeare did is barely a puree. It's a half-assed one.

良否 RNG haha awesome feedback!! Thank you so much :) and yeah I’ve learned, in my more recent videos I’ve begun to script out things. And noted, maybe I need to shake it harder for longer... but at that point I think it’s an unreasonable amount of effort to purée using the bottle. At the end of the day I don’t think any fancy bottle makes much of a difference. I’ve even made protein shakes using a steel alcohol mixer thing and it works perfectly fine too. Thanks for helping me improve my videos!

I used to mix my protein powder in a regular water bottle but my boyfriend talked me into getting a bottle that's I believe a knock-off of the Blender Bottle. I just recently gave it to my mom since I finally convinced her to start drinking protein shakes too but now I need to buy a new bottle and have been searching for something that gets the job done, isn't too expensive, and is leak-proof since the one I gave leads when flipped upside down or gets shaken too strongly 🥺 really leaning towards a Blender Bottle! :)

It’s doing really well! It’s a great bottle, can’t go wrong with it. My main complaints are how sharp/pointy the lid is, it’s just not very comfortable to open. Aside from that, it is nice and really easy to clean, and it’s made of great plastic, doesn’t stink up easily. I have a new shaker bottle review just about to come out that’s entirely NEXT LEVEL compared to all these bottles. Keep an eye out ;)

Hey mate! Which circle light? I think I only used a small rectangular one in this video. But haha omg thanks for watching I know this one was a monstrously long one! Peanut butter mixes well in any of them but depending on how thick it is you’ll have to shake harder. Berries I haven’t tried, but if they aren’t frozen then I don’t see why it wouldn’t work if you just shake it a little extra! As for which one is better, Shakesphere is a little fatter at the bottom so it’ll fit more snugly in a water bottle pouch IF the pouch is big enough to accommodate it, whereas the helix tapers down at the bottom giving it poor grip in a water bottle pouch, and it’s more likely to fall out because of this. Can’t go wrong with either, but I personally prefer the slide top of the shake sphere because when you open it and you drink you don’t have to worry about it hitting your forehead or having the lid drip protein shake on your face when you turn the bottle upside down to get the last drops.

zack Sadelaoud I found that if you wash it asap after use and most importantly leave it open to air dry, then it won’t smell. Ive been using my shakesphere for months now and it still smells clean :) though whenever I forget to fully dry any of my bottles and keep them closed, I’m always in for a smelly surprise when I open them.

Randal Jimenez true to a certain extent! It’ll take longer to smell bad, but if you leave residue in it and forget to dry it, it’ll still stink after a few days. Though it is nicer to have Triton plastic when possible just cause sometimes I forget to clean it right after.

@@CommodoreN64 haha thanks mate. Well so I use both, and for a few weeks I used just the helimix, which I ended up really liking, cause it is easier to clean than the blender bottle and the whisk. But I never quite got used to the unnecessarily sharp corners and edges on the helimix. The Shakespeare is still my favorite mixer because I find it the easiest to get EVERY single drop of protein drink out of it compared to the other bottles. And the slide top cap is really neat, since the flip tops on the other bottles I always have a problem with residue sticking to the open lid and dripping on my face if I drink quickly enough, and I like gulping my protein drinks. Also aesthetically I just like the way the shakesphere looks, it's quite unique. That said you can't go wrong with any of these bottles. But I would get the shakesphere :P they have insulated versions these days which make them very versatile, and the newer versions have windows to solve the measurement issue I had with the original matte opaque ones.

David Brown haha to each is own! But yeah personally I’ve only done the banana mashing in the bottle twice outside of this video. Mush it up, then throw in the protein powder and some water/milk, shake it some more and you have a really substantial shake.

Blender bottles somehow got a patent on the ball spring which is bull shit. any company should be able to use such a simple element. Greedy greedy greddy, so I use anything but blender bottles.
