I personally use cloudstrike with Crux Term that has reconstruction and explosive light. It isn’t the highest dps but it is pretty consistent and is good with ammo economy.

Kinda insane how much whisper does especially seeing how that wasnt even a perfect damage phase. You can get a super all 44 shots of whisper and 11 ikelos sniper shots off in 1 damage phase without the extra set of lasers witness sometimes gives.

Whisper is way easier to use than you'd think, I can very easily go a full phase without descoping. Once you learn which hand means which area is safe, it's simple to move around. Still hunt apex carries the risk of your teammate throwing down a healing turret right in front of you and ruinging your damage, and you're free to run a special that can add clear too

No time dialation for whisper made you deal less damage by around half a mill

It was more than that, 15 shots were missing surges (2 also missed weaken) and 8 missed radiant and weaken (again, 2 missed weaken), which gives a total damage loss of around 700k. There's also the reload, which cost about 4s, giving enough time to do another 100-200k damage with ikelos sniper

You only had surges for two thirds of your damage phase with whisper, it does more total dmg and takes less effort with the benefit of having a backup sniper for even more dmg

The floor highlights it's attacks before they come. Once you've done the Raid and Excision enough it becomes second nature to dodge.

On pc you don’t even have to aim golden gun it skips the aim frame and shoots. Pc is bullshit and people know it. This guy stood and withstood the blast and didn’t take the damage at all. Regardless on console it wipes you. This game is crap and biased to console players and favors the pc players and streamers. I’ve caught many streamers lying and caught with stuff that isn’t allowed on console. So have others. Even the ai on streamers gameplay is dumbed down to make them seem epic.

He's strafing while remaining zoomed in and he's bunny hopping when the blast comes. He's done it enough times to know where and when to move. Practice and skill. It isn't some conspiracy against consoles. I'm on console in case you are wondering.

Yeah you’d have to be high af to get anyone in any lfg group ever to use whisper imo. My guy’s got 413 salvation clears AND hasn’t received the touch of grass dlc, yet is still anxious to stay scoped in that long. Now imagine the average raider, who has ~5 clears, to be generous. That’s a wipe.

Unless they're deaf AND blind, you're on master, you have no warlocks or they have some sort of mentally deficiency it's very easy to use whisper atleast to a medium degree

Way I see it: if still hunt’s a safe play for normal and master, while whisper is only safe for normal, why not just get good at still hunt? Whisper’s cool but there’s really no need for this (assuming the data for dmg is good) If the damage was much higher for whisper I could see it differently. Cause then two phases become one phases, three phases become two phases, and all that.

Still Hunt + Apex is good but Whisper is better since even if you miss a shot, your damage is not severely cooked. Messing up your rotation with Still Hunt build, you suffer a lot. Or not having prismatic ready. Also no need to be anxious with Whisper, simply move forward and backward on the plate, you can stay scoped in.

These tests you've done are kind of useless since you used other weapons and supers so the true damage of the weapons isn't truly shown so this was a waste of time for me. When i see other damage test videos from other youtubers like Aztecross he won't use another weapon with the one he is testing so the damage is more accurate. He'll only use a damage rotation if he is asked to as he livestreams his test and will upload them to youtube a few hours after. You should test these weapons again but without swapping to other weapons nor use supers cause that is basically supporting the weapons you are testing.

To be honest this game is crap. Have you not seen on pc they don’t have to dodge the witness big slam attack. It’s catered to streamers and pc players. Watch his gameplay carefully and you’ll see. Then go play the raid on console and try that crap.
