I installed the TH82P in March of this year. We are a high volume shop that was looking for a high speed solution. All I can say that in the 20 years of converting paper the solution is here. The feeder is amazing. The shingling is flawless. I am averaging 75,000 signatures on 25 3/4 x 35" substrate in an 8 hour shift with 2 ten minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch. My 2nd shift operator has less than 1 year experience. Needless to say we can't wait for the delivery of the 2nd machine in August. This machine is a game changer. Thanks Angelo and Ebb for the fantastic support. You guys are 2nd to none. 1,234,826 Signatures folded in a 5 day 3 shift work week. You were right Angelo, let me know when I can buy that dinner as you were correct. Thanks.
