Don’t blame yourself. NGS is such a small and limited game. There’s only so much stuff to figure out that you could really show us. The information is appreciated nonetheless!

For the longest time, my Braver was a Bow Braver. Not because the DPS, but because I favored range and the burst damage potential is actually pretty solid. However, even with the Braver revamp, Bow Braver isn't designed for doing high DPS for the entire fight, but is for doing a lot of damage at specific points (such as Breaks and Downs). If you're looking for DPS, katana is better. Though for me, I have a high tendency to use Force as a Subclass so I never run out of PP. Of course, this is far less of an issue due to the Bouncer Add-on that keeps PP regeneration while moving. It is complacent gaming syndrome, and I own it. It also helps that force is the class I often main on my characters when I am bored with their normal main for giggles. Force's single target DPS is often lacking, though I have seen players dominate the dps of fights before as Forces, though that is heavily due to their mastery of the class. My two mainly played characters are a Bouncer or Ranger main. Again I tend to sub Force out of complacency, but I will take your recommendations into consideration. Especially in the case of doing UQs, where Force as a Sub-class is of far less utility.

I like the format for this being focused on all of the use cases individually instead of just the most favored recommendations. :) I like making up multiweapon styles, so I mix up subclass choices a lot. The game is not tuned for that kind of play, and I'm sad about that, since it's often more work for very reduced performance, even running good stats, but to be fair, it did lead to me finding Soaring Gunblade as my favorite combo, and that's able to perform very well.

Although my Fighter/Hunter main is an unkillable recking ball with a well-rounded build, I am very curious of the Fighter/Slayer as well as synergy with Twin Daggers/Gunblade Multi Weapon combo, and stealth based EX augments for my Alt. Thanks for giving me a build Idea to experiment with, I've noticed some Multi Weapon combination are so synergetic to the point of extending chain-combo and dealing more damage.

if your goal is unkillable seriously swap to waker sub. youd be surprised what you survive

You are treating NGS like it's base PSO2. You can sub whatever you want and use whatever weapon you want because that's the way the game is intended to be played. It's why you can multi-weapon and it's why you can equip and use your subclasses weapons.

Ranger sub is good if you have to split up like in Dalion. But it's mega fail if you take ranger sub to get dmg boost from the main ranger and you thank the main ranger with stealth strike and the ranger pulls aggro because the one where ranger sub has stealth strike inside and can't play! If you want to play ranger sub properly, make sure that you do NOT play stealth strike. SEGA should remove finally the not having aggro condition!!!! Give flat the 15% dmg boost and its fine! In solo play you have allways aggro!!!
