Gear is scaled to certain ilevels on the beta to make it more challenging than it will be on live when we will have better gear

thats not true , 619 for pvp gear , it doesn't cap it on 580 if you go for m+ , plus u got the best trinkets from the start , so its gonna be harder to go threw m+ live than beta , hero gear at lvl 10 keys is 613 , and now a +10 is gonna be as hard as an old plus 18 , plus u get tyranical and fort at the same time.
