Im a college student who STRUGGLES to drink water to the point ive been to emergency rooms multiple times cuz ill passout due to dehydration. Which size do you recommend? Or should i look for a different cup. As i know part of me just wants it to fit in. I loved my ello bottle but i just dont feel like its clean because of the silicone. Do you know another cup brand thats good?

Get the 40 Oz Owala freesip or Owala Tumbler. Those are about the cleanest tasting all around water bottles.
