Article 3 of the constitution states that Islam is the religion of the Federation, but other religions can also be practiced under Article 11. Therefore, the legal nature of Malaysia is a secular state and not an Islamic state. The interviewer's statement that Malaysia is an Islamic state is incorrect from a legal stand.

Being transgender is not lust and no God in any religion condemn any lgbt because religion was created by man not God..Religion all man made..Lgbt are different types of switched gender created by God.. They are one of different births.Not all lgbt are related to lust..You misunderstood with gays while transgender is person who born from birth as trans and they switched gender ..Example female to male..Male to female..God said wrong only to gays .Gays are between being man and likes another man..Transwomen is person who born as women in man body but they are women ( thirunangai). They likes man same as women likes man.Same goes to female that look as man they are man who in female body but they likes and attract to another women .While lesbian and gay is different..The lesbian looks like girl but they not born as man but they are girl who likes another girl .Same goes to gay..This are they just attract to same sex only .They not born as transgender..These gays and lesbian is the one written wrong in religious book because they not born as that, they just psychologically attract to another same sex .Not by birth they born as switched gender
