Yes. It’s flammable. That’s why the oil inside the temperature tank should be below 140 Degree Celsius. OTI is used for the safety of transformer from excessive oil heating and it trips the circuit breaker of transformer whenever the oil temperature inside transformer tank increases threshold limit.
