Most probably sh, top tier farmer which is also decent in delves and can solo lev pretty easily, it can play both sides so therefore it has to be sh

i quite actually disagree with rev being in D because if you build it right it can be faster than even sh. I know people who have 40k revs and they are faster than sh

CB with Spin 2 Win and Max c4 gear has a base Movement Speed of 169 with Jug or 184 with King Koba Ally. Add in Pyro Disc, Vamp Vanquisher, Animated Jug and it has a higher top speed than even SH. Then there's trailblazing. Also to maximize spin 2 win you need energy Regen on your sword and ring. I'm a CB main and no SH can even compare lol 🤣
