Mr. Niket Shah I have been watching 1000's of you tube on various science and engineering subjects but I found yours very explicit that gives lots of clarity. God bless you. Please note I am Tamil but because I was born and brought in Kolkata I know Hindi and Bengali quite well. I am a senior citizen and post retirement I live in Kerala for 6 months and Mumbai 6 months. There is frequent power issues, so purchased rechargeable battery fan which has bldc motor of 11w. It works on 6v max 4.5A current and also direct on 220V. It works 3.5 hrs on high speed on battery but I have 5-6 hour power cut here . The fan is imported from China and has solar socket. I purchased 40w solar panel and 10 amp solar charge controller which work on 12/24v. The solar panel is producing 18.5 -20v and 1.9 amp current. I need advice as follows- 1) if I use a 12v 7.5 ah battery will my fan work because the solar sockets shows 9v dc supply and rechargeable battery inside fan is 6v. 2) Do I need to use dc-dc buck converter for changing voltage from 12v to 9v. Or 3) can I direct plug the solar wire to the fan as the manual is showing this . I will be grateful if you can advice and if needed I will pay advisory fee but I want to make sure my electronic card insided the fan should not get damaged because now it peak summer.
