You hv very well explained it What I want to clarify with is that for a Sr Citizen, who may not like to use it for any sexual activity, in that case which method is highly preferable:- 1) Partial circumcision or 2) Full circumcision. A) Stappler method or B) Laser method As you said full circumcison full glance will be a problem, coz it may touch the undergarments. In tht case, Sr Citizen can go for partial one.
