For a Tight Foreskin or Phimosis its best to consult an experienced urologist. But its important to be aware of what options are available today … typically, one would start with applying corticosteroid creams, if that didn't work try a stretching device, if that doesn't work then Preputioplasty for selected cases or a Dorsal Slit procedure. For those who wish to undo their Circumcision there is Foreskin Restoration using a device which induces mitosis on the scar line. Foreskin regeneration is a future option which Foregen is currently working on in Italy.

The ones in the cutting culture don't know what's not possible. But womens over here in Europa know about the defect. We are a non cutting culture. Over here are just the mens cutted, where are cutted becose of phimose bevor they know alternatives instead cutting. Since abaut 25 Years the doctors don't cut anymore that the boys have the hole sexuall pleasure. The cutting cases becose of phimose goes near down to Zero. The foreskin is the penisend, all the nervs ending are in the foreskin. The end is not like by us women the glans, by a intact man it's the foreskin. After the glans the Nerves goes by a man further on, passing the Frenulum and then spreading out through the hole foreskin. The cutted mens live without the normal penisend. By intacts is the first sexual hotspot the foreskin. If i say the foreskin is his first sexual hotspot i mean realy his first sexual hotspot. Most of the time also the Frenulum is cutted away by the circumcised mens. The glans, the second hotspot who is regularly covered and protected from the foreskin, when the Penis is not hard, this glans by the cutteds, the glans by cutteds is more "crusty", the glans is soft and sensitiv like our clitoris by a intact man. What a cutted is feeling is way behinde what a intact is feeling. As a women who knows bouth, the one with the intact genital and the one with the defect genital, you realize preatty fast, that something is wrong by the cutteds. o.k. The thing is all the nerves from the original end from the Penis is cutted away, you can try to stretching the foreskin that the glans is covered again, heard that the glanses sensitive you can bring back and when you are able to protect the glans again, the feeling is better again. But italy is know trying, to building a foreskin who comes near to the pleasure what by this cutteds mens was cutted away when they are childs. They try to rebuild nerves. It's very difficult to rebuild skin with new nerves again that it works out.

I got circumcised when I was 29 (last year) as I had Phimosis. I couldn't move my foreskin a cm let alone below the glans after the surgery even thinking about my glans hurt. It was hyper giga sensitive. Showering felt like little needles on it so obviously I used to be super careful. I don't wanna blame my parents for negligence but please get your children checked for Phimosis. You DON'T want your child to go through circumcision when he's over 15.

Ranveer bhai, you should have discussed Circumcision with Dr. Vijayant Govinda Gupta, who is probably doing the most Circumcisions in India. I've got my Circumcision done by him on March 4th, 2024. I'll turn 26 on the 26th of June, so you can calculate my age at the time of the surgery. So, I had grade 4 Phimosis, which is the last stage. I swear to god, nothing is more painful than that. Because it was performed on Local Anesthesia, in a spray form. They would insert a little spray hose inside your foreskin twice or thrice to make it numb. They don't do it to perform the surgery, but to reduce the pain of the injection on your penis (I KNOW IT SOUNDS VERY PAINFUL AND SCARY). And you do feel the poke, yes, you do feel the poke. The pain is not as intense as it would be without the Anesthetic spray. Then they would make two slits and roll the foreskin down, cut the frenulum, and then the final step, (I'M TALKING ABOUT THE STAPLER CIRCUMCISION) they would put the stapler on and fire it. You also feel when the foreskin is being cut. Yes, you do feel that too. The most painful part of this surgery is between rolling the foreskin down and putting the stapler on when the doctor cleans the Glans with a cotton ball dipped into the Betadine. As it is sensitive, hypersensitive actually, I was literally screaming on the surgical table. I came home after the surgery with a fear of urinating. After some time, I had to urinate, and that was very painful as well, probably because of the Anesthetic spray entering the Urethra and even the Bandage was so tight making it difficult to pee. A tiny piece of thread from the Gauze felt like a Nail (Keel) at the tip of the Glans, this is how sensitive it was. The sensitivity only goes away with time. I could not lie down with my legs straight for more than a month because the underwear would cause irritation and pain. However, I masturbated on the 23rd day of my surgery. It was also not pleasant but I was so horny that I couldn't control myself. Not just unpleasant, it was actually painful but I kept on doing it until the climax. After a month I could feel the sensitivity was fading away and almost two and a half months later, Oh yeah, I applied Vaseline Petroleum Jelly, and for the very first time, I held the Glans and Chappa Chappa Charkha Chalaya.. It was ecstatic. So, Circumcision is Painful, but those who have Grade 3 or 4 Phimosis (WHICH MEANS YOUR GLANS WAS NEVER EXPOSED AND TOUCHED BY ANYTHING EXCEPT FOR THE FORESKIN) then you will suffer the most because of the Sensitivity. The most amount of pain you'll experience during the Surgery (CLEANING OF THE GLANS), then dressing on the next day. You will face difficulty sleeping, won't be able to move much in the bed, going to the toilet etc... Kuch paane k liye kuch khone padta hai, I'm very satisfied with my dick now. Also, it doesn't reduce the sensitivity. Initially, you may feel it has been increased instead, then it'll be normal. It's perfect now. I have a Pornstar look.

Purpose of foreskin is to provide biomechanical lubrication during intercourse and to protect the sensitive glans. Foreskin itself also provides sensitivity. Cut off the foreskin and the glans turns into a leathery insensitive tissue.

Skin has an elastic property. If anyone has phimosis, every time after bathing or after urination try to pull the foreskin back. And keep it like that. Slowly the skin will get expands and after some period it will go back it self. No need circumcision in this case.

Absolutely true That happened to me. When I was 16-17 I was too scared to stretch the skin back. I couldn't even stretch it 0.2 cm back. But after time, after mas , after peeing I used to pull it slowly back. Now I'm 20 and I can pull it back. Desert cultures have this custom of removing foreskin. Also in non-islamic, non-jewish cultures of South Africa they have this custom. In my humble opinion it is due to lack of water supply. In other regions with lots of water the entire hygiene thing was never an issue. With sufficient water you can keep every part of your body clean.

Imagine the foreskin in a way is what a finger nail is to a finger Similar principal of attachment. Inability to retract by iself is not pathological. Fourth: Religious freedom of the parents cannot justify the circumcision of a child. It's not the child's religious freedom. Fifth: The studies on alleged reduced STDs and penilce cancer incidence are absolutely flawed and meaningless. Penile cancer in societies where circumcision is very rare is around 1:100.000. Usually in older men. You wouldnt cut out your eye to prevent this tiny chance of cancer 60 years later, would you? If penile cancer is at all reduced, it's only from 1:100.000 to 0.5:100.000. So you have to circumcise 200.000 males, to prevent A SINGLE case of penile cancer. The studies on STDs were done in sub-saharan Africa, and because the circumcised males couldnt have intercourse for 2 months after surgery, the uncircumcised participants were accounted for 2 months longer than the circumcised men. That means 2 months more in which STDs could be contracted in the group of uncircumcised men. Method flaw number 1, absolute morons would do a study like this. Method flaw no2: The population in subsaharan Africa is not comparable to other populations, whether it's in the US, in India or China. Most men in Sweden are not circumcised, yet their STD rates are lower than in the US, where most men are circumcised. HPV rates in China, where most men are not circumcised, is much lower than in Africa where more men are circumcised. Nature wali baat is not logical, nature has given nails , hairs etc. but we still cut them , or agar ye problems hoti h jo sir ne btayi to wo bachpan m pta nhi chlti h ya bachha kisi ko btata nhi h young age m hi pta chlti h or us time circumcision krna is not easy its awkward and it takes more time to heal, so it's better to be circumcised already and be safe.
