Do you recommend a belt drive or a chain drive for people who live in the Midwest? Our Summers can be hot and humid, but when that Alberta Clipper or that Polar Vortex comes whipping down out of the North our Winters can get very cold!!

Why are dealers the gatekeeper to buying a quality model? I cant buy a good opener model without getting taxed 3x by a dealer to install it.
