Dear Rohan, Upgrading from a narrow-body aircraft like the Airbus A320 or Boeing 737 to a wide-body aircraft like the Boeing 777 or 787 usually requires additional training and experience. While it is possible to upgrade to a larger aircraft after working for 2 or 3 years, the process will depend on several factors. Yes, there will be less cost.
