I don't know if you've ever noticed it or not but the reason the wastelander doesn't drown is because it has no engine. Go ahead and inspect it. You won't find it anywhere in the vehicle.

I'm just as shocked as Gray that it couldn't get up the first obstacle. I think this is the only GTA video where Gray went through every single car on the first obstacle. i am happy it ultimately won everything, though,
