It would have been better if the interviewer prepped the lady on specifically what she wanted to interviewee to talk about. Cutting her short/interrupting her when she's narrating about her health complications seems way too cold. It shows lack of empathy from the interviewer!

Angeline , i agree with you. There are so many gaps in the story . My opinion, the interviewer needs to up her interviewing skills. A script is always good so that the conversation is not "flat".

@@beller9304 I disagree. At the tail end of the story she talks about the guy at his death bed, we need to let the story flow. In this one I pick out "Our actions have consequences". The interviewer did not do her homework well.
