- Lyrics always aggressive and full of meaning - guitar work way always interesting - Huge Improvement on the vocals that were already great - production feels more raw and different than previous work but I'll put it on the fact than they do everything in their own studio now - Overall vibe of the song amazing - Drum work right how you need it to lose your neck - Fantastic concept of putting an image of them being totally calm around a fire when the song is about feeling completely oppressed and disgusted by the system, which kind of give you the vibe of how we actually live in society. We're all brainwashed, living to survive and fit into 'the machine' when deep inside we know that were all dying and need to take actions to make a change. God damn it, this band is fucking amazing.

Because it is a song which manages to be "political" without being "political". OK, here's what I mean: sure these songs open up about the corruption found in our society but they intentionally (and smartly) never take a political side. Because no matter what ideology you subscribe to, our governments do very controversial sh*t all funded by corrupt politicians.

There's a lot of comments stating a similarity to Architects and I feel like I should clear this up as a massive fan of both bands. I believe this has an Architects flavour in the terms of the relevant, political lyrics and the complex and bassy guitar with open string work. However this stands out on it's own and they have those anthemic parts which I feel Architects don't showcase in a lot of their songs but Architects doesn't need them as it's not them and they have enough grounding in what sound they are going for which is amazing as they are without a doubt my favourite band. But this is how music works: you take inspiration from other incredible bands and put your own twist on it. While She Sleeps, this new shit is banging and all the best with becoming independent as it's inspiring for many people and bands out there who should do what they feel is right, well done lads!

Imo WSS also leans closer to punk/hardcore while Architects is the more 'metal' part of metalcore (they have a lot of ambience to their recent sound as well, they're a very clean and calculated band). You definitely hear the difference the further you go in each of their discographies.

so good again, and not only that these guys are exceptional musicians, but also human beings. The last time they played a show in my hometown they drove with us to a local pub after the show and we had some beers together, even if the time was little and their bus was about to leave in 2 hours or so. That showed me, that this people really care about the people attending their shows and their fans. And now it looks karma's paying back in the good way :) Hopefully WSS stays in the scene a bit longer, if one band deserves that, it would be them!

I can't put my finger on exactly what makes this band so intriguing, but they put out some of the most catchy, yet heavy rock/metal songs I've heard. They incorporate and blend elements of the metal genre in a way that almost makes you forget that you're listening to metal. I want to sing, meditate, and break shit within a single track.
