But the fact that in the past few years, yall have gone through physical therapy, have beaten all the odds against you, have played a live show again, and are now planning to drop amazing music in such a difficult time that everyone needs to have a smile on their face just goes to show how true of heart you guys are. This song filled my eyes with tears almost instantly. I was involved in a fatal car crash in 2014 that took the life of a dear friend of mine. The car flipped 10 times and landed upside down. I vividly remember getting out of the car and looking into the distance shocked that I didn't die that day. Sadly, one of us didn't make it out of the car, Seeing the jaws of life being used to cut the doors off of the car and watching my friend fall out of the vehicle lifeless will never leave my brain. This song is 100 percent an accurate depiction of my own personal trauma. Five years has passed and still I feel like my life stopped dead in its tracks on that day. I escaped the crash with a broken back and a broken neck. My mental state is shattered beyond repair for the rest of my life... Never take your life for granted, tell people you love them, smile more, enjoy life. Thank you to The Ghost Inside for creating a song that inspires me to keep going when I feel like letting go. The song carries such incredible significance. I can say for a fact other musicians as well as hardcore fans with a brain wouldnt have tarnished your name if you had called it quits after this tragedy.. you guys have created a song that will forever attest the sands of time. I remember seeing you guys live when I was still a teenager in Quebec. I didn't really bothered to listen to more of you guys; metalcore never was my style of metal, but you know what? Knowing everything that happened to you guys, how the odds stacked against you, how you never fuckin gave up and decided to laugh in the face of adversity... I'll buy that album when it gets out. I'll listen to it. I don't care if it isn't my genre... There's pain, there's healing, everything is there in your music. We can feel how authentic it is. Mad props to some mad lads.

Can you believe this is actually the first song I’ve heard from them. I remember hearing about the accident but I didn’t look into it because I didn’t listen to them. That breakdown is so powerful, it nearly brought me to tears without having a prior connection to them. This song has years worth of pain, adversity, and ultimately triumph put into it. New fan for sure. I’m so glad to see them persevere.

I've listened to alot of their songs throughout the years. But they didn't bring out any music for the past few years and I thought they went into hiatus. But after hearing and watching this, now I know why they went quiet. This is the most emotional song that I have ever watched. Let's just say that it actually bought me to tears and there's not much that will get me this emotional. And a big shoutout to Andrew's dad for helping him play the drums again. Back when 'The Big Ass Tour' was happening and it was The Amity Affliction, A Day To Remember, Motionless In White and Hands Like Houses I knew of the fact The Ghost Inside had their bus accident but I didn't really care because I never knew who the band was. Until today when I decided to go back and listen to them. I saw this to my disbelief as I thought they had split apart and I never heard from them again. Now watching this and seeing everything that happened I am so deeply saddened that I was not aware of them at all and that the scariest of things happened to a band so strong in the metal scene. The Ghost Inside. You have gone through what no one ever should. Both as humans and as a band. You are amazing for pushing through this and as your fans hold you high up there I hope you know just how much of an influence you have on the metal community. Thank you for what you are continuing to bring to the music world and keep on fighting!

Got me through the realist time of my life, for real homeless 2009 out of high school. No matter, anytime I had the chance my old cheap iPod shuffle 80 tracks total and your first three albums were on it, Now Or Never to Returners, I train, run, to those albums day after day. Then I experienced injuries from a car accident, in 2010 was passenger hit at 80mph. Changed my life. Body will never the same but I’m here. And for the first time I connected to a video on another level. For real thank for playing the music that speaks to me and for the lyrical depth and honesty. I know you guys know you’re not alone and I feel that much at peace to be able to still do what you love. Thank you again, fan for life.
