The rear tires have tubes but are very good and hardly lose air but need checked on a regular basis for proper psi.

Agreed! You never want to end up riding around on a flat or low tire pressure.

In case don’t use the electric motor Can we just push by others manually? I cannot see any handle for manpower pushing? Thanks

I would say take those dimensions and measure your trunk space, see if the chair is under the measurements of your trunk.
