Sims 4 rarely does pack integration. When werewolves were introduced vampires and spell castors should have gotten an update, spell casters fearing vampires, vampires targeting spell casters and werewolves hating vampires, but instead sims 4 just gave all sims a blanket reaction to werewolves and left it at that.

werewolves do hate vampires, they get angry when they smell them and automatically start off disliked talking to them. Also vampires hate drinking werewolf plasma so I think that's a cool touch. I'm also annoyed about the spellcaster thing but other than that the sims 4 does a lot of pack integration, sometimes it's hard to find but I know some examples.

The reactions to the werewolves (that aren't raging) just don't really make sense. Vampires turned on spellcasters and drank from them and forcefully tried to turn them _and_ had the werewolves under siege for god knows how long, but _werewolves_ are the ones that everyone's most afraid of? Werewolves even used to _be_ spellcasters, so that makes no sense for them to be so tense/afraid either. If occults should be scared/tense around _any_ other particular occult, it's the vampires (esp in vampiric form) that they should all be most wary of.

Totally true!! Especially given that human sims get a confident moodlet from interacting with aliens. Aliens make you confident but werewolves just being around is scary?? Very weird.

@@anomalytenacious i would have loved to see that triangle dynamic play out. Vlad has traits that make it difficult to get to know him so we know it is possible. I wish there had been traits or something that make these three occults more difficult to get along with if the sim they are interacting with is an enemy occult.

I mean I wish they're were afraid of vampires especially in their vampiric form but I'm also really glad that they made Sims react to werewolves. My favourite would have been if they'd made adventurous, romantic and animal lover Sims have a different reaction. As well as the spell casters. But even so I'm glad they have a harder time.

Grims a normal human sim under his cloak. Just he has a hidden career or something which makes him look creepy and it also makes him the grim reaper. Ghosts and servo’s (simbots) are technically occults but ones made by another sim using robots so technically not an occult but idk, sims logic and ghosts are just dead sims but they do classify as occults.

There have been several 24 (human) hour livestreams on Twitch recently, and if you set things up right (flirty incense, not enough beds, woohoo bushes, cowplants, use of clubs, setting sentiments with/against each other, etc.) you do end up with lots of drama (several babies born, vampires feeding on other Sims, fights, deaths, fires, etc). It seems to take about 2 -3 human hours for things to really kick off.

Honestly, there was no need to start a fight. I really like the werewolf pack, but the way the fury system and the temperaments work means they are often, constantly, losing control. They are ticking time bombs, and the perks only goes so far to remedy that a little.

I wonder if one of the reasons that the Sims don't do much on their own is because they are normally NPC's. Would be interesting to see if player Sims (with likes/dislikes, achievement traits, ect) are more active than NPC. Also, I know that Agnes Crumblebottom isn't an occult but I'd love to see her trapped in a house with a bunch of occults while free love is on LUL

Vampires do drink autonomously when they get thirsty. 24 hours is never long enough to test the things you want to test. Sims have to warm up and develop charscter in sims 4. Aliens regularly use their powers autonomously, i think having lots of sims slows this down but if its only a pair of sims, the alien uses it s lot. Spellcasters were made to not be autonomous because the non occult players didnt want it (i hate that our occults arebyilt for non occult players). All other occult actions were nerfed to rarity for the same reason. Its infuriating when as an occult player you want autonomous occult interaction. If you kept playing you probably would have had regular alien abductions because of the alien except thst you locked them in.

My predictions (before watching) Since Vlad has one of the teleport abilities unlocked at the start of the game, unless you manually turn it off he might end up autonomously leaving (possibly burning to death), but with all those people in the bunker he already has food nearby making the possibility of him just leaving being smaller. Mermaids and aliens are practically just like other sims, with no catch. Rory doesn't have the full moon immunity, and since she's the alpha of the Wildfangs I guess she'll end up rampaging a lot (she's also claustrophobic, so that's an added bonus to fury) Morgyn is a sage of the untamed magic, and I believe all sages have all spells and potions unlocked, so unless you turn it off manually he also might end up teleporting away. I believe all of them will die at some point, with Rory surviving the longest (she has the werewolf immortality, and apparently it stops every death type exept old age [which is... interesting... might end up looking into that])

I once played with a vampire and werewolf as best friends. When the vampire was allowed to drink the werewolf’s blood I got a notification that said “it tasted like dog water”. Also, Rory could have used a somber howl. You did have power points you know!

I've given my sims numerous things to do, and they ignore almost every command Igive. And do whatever they want to do. In order to make a real test of this, you have to at the very least, give the sims a lot of different skills. They will do things but you need to unlock skills for them, and then let them go. LOL. The sims will do things connected to their traits autonomously, but everything else has to be taught. Like repair an object.

I actually liked this experiment. Would have loved it to be longer. And for sims to do stuff, they need to "know" the action, or they won't do it them self 😏 my sims kiddos do everything them self's, their spouses not so much.. 🤣 So now I move the spouse in before marrying them, so they can learn some stuff at their parents in laws home. The same for making other sims taking care of ones kids, they need to be introduced to the kid first before they can take care of it

This reminds me of my idea I had for my prison for the occult, Occultarum Correctional under my username Simdrew1993 on the gallery. It is marked as having CC but it really has none at all so you'd have to enable CC in the gallery search to find it. Was falsely marked as a custom content build. Anyway this prison build of mine has a prison for Aliens, Zombies, Fairies, Vampires and Werewolves and Witches/Warlocks. And it has a sanitarium, hospital ER and Police agency, solitary confinement and operating room. On the outside it appears as a peaceful Police Department, inside is the first floor which appears normal. Lobby, Cafeteria, Police Department Offices, Interrogation room, jail, directors room, exercise area, second floor is waiting area, hospital with ER and X-Ray room, solitary confinement area and surgery center, then secured area that leads to the Asylum area. Lower level floor 1, maximum security locked doors, area for PlantSims, area for the mother plant, and area for Mermaids in a room that looks like outside like a beach with waters and plants and sand. On one lower level you have a sealed area for Plantsims in the style of a garden, a room invested by the mother alien, and a mermaid area large and looks like the sky, simulated sun, trees, sand and waters along with boats, based on the Truman Show movie, the style of the base was also based on Cerberus from Mass Effect. Nobody knows about the secrets that lurk underground in this Police Department/Hospital. One Lower floor has a maximum security areas for Aliens, Zombies, Witches, Science Lab, Ghost Area, all enclosed beyond sealed doors. Another Lower Level has a military command center, bunker area for the army, comes equipped with restrooms, bunker, offices and lounge/kitchen Then another Lower Level has a maximum security area for the worst of the worst, Vampires, Werewolves, Witches/Wizards/Warlocks and Fairies, the most dangerous of the occult. Each area has custom art signs warning of the dangers of each zone. Another fun thing is I added silver outside of the Werewolf zone, Garlic outside of the vampire area, and salt shakers outside the witches to block spells, and silver for the fairies too, all weakness. Each area contains many rooms, many cells, as a secured government prison for the occult.

I kind of did this, but I used eight Sims. Only one was a vampire and one was a werewolf. I really didn't have any trouble with them not getting along and the vampire actually made friends with most of the other housemates. My biggest problem was the werewolf Sim. I eventually had to move him outside and give him like his own living accommodations. He would rage constantly and tear everything up and constantly scare the other Sims. None of the other Sims could sleep,eat or do anything really because they'd drop what they were doing to get scared and run. Moving him outside solved the problem lol.
