I wonder if anyone has ever thought about using a protective skirt that has free-spinning cylinders that spin sideways to deflect horizontal spinning weapons and a skirt with vertical spinning cylinders to deflect vertical spinning weapons.

Whiplash Is really solid. It’s losses mostly come again high tier bots, really thought they were gonna win in 2020.
