I use a downy ball as well but still push the fabric softener button. That tells the machine so it uses the correct rate of spin. Also, if you wanna re-rinse clothes, choose drain and spin cycle and press ‘extra rinse’ and it will rinse as well. I don’t need a compartment for my soap, as I use pods. Have had this machine for about 3 months and love it! Family of 4 with 3 dogs and that removable agitator has made washing dog beds, comforters, and jackets a breeze and so clean!

I love the removable agitator gimmick of this washer too. I could throw a blanket in it without the agitator getting in the way. Very simple washer.

I just got this machine delivered today, I used it for the first time on towels setting, it's been sitting on soak for a while, not sure why. My last Whirlpool front loader lasted 20 years!

What's with the trend of Americans owning a front load machine for like 20+ years (LG, old German-made Duets, etc.) that held up amazingly well and cleaned well, now suddenly convinced they need a new trash-load.. err I mean top-load washer? All new top-loaders are just "minimum viable products" designed to appeal to people who will buy anything with a flap on the top and a plastic prong sticking up in the middle. lmao

Me and my mom bought the same washer and it was just making circles. The water was not filling out but I’m glad I called customer service and they’re going to pick it up Monday and we’re gonna get a refund back so we could find a good.

I just ran my very first load of towels...pulled them out to dry them and they were still filthy...my brand new machine doesnt agitate ! Help !

I just got this on Monday and I let the agitator stay in and for my light clothes it wrinkled everything up so I removed it.

The "agipeller" in this machine makes absofuckinglutely *no difference* to how it washes. It's a washplate machine. And a bad, 42 year old design of one at that. Whirlpoop is in that mode where they're lining their executive golden parachutes before they declare bankruptcy. lmao

That's why I usually use the heavy duty cycle with the deep water option.

The lid lock is in place so someone doesn’t stick their fingers in while it’s spinning. The lid lock replaced the tub brake.

I have this washer and was wondering if you have ever used the affreah cleaning cycle and had problems when i use the cycle no water comes out

@@thebiglt2187 You need to use it once a month with affresh tablets to clean the machine, keeps it from getting moldy and smelly.

I ran the affresh cycle yesterday, it took a full hour for the full cycle. If you try to open the top during the cycle, it will cancel and empty the washer.

Yes hate it very noisy and it takes too long to wash clothes come out really wrinkled.
