I assume the washer I hear agitating in the background is not the washer you're performing this on? When doing this the washer diagnostics merely does a quick sorta built in test? Similar to a multimeter? Not actually , for example, agitate or spin? I know in the old days you'd run the washer thru the actual cycles to confirm where the problem lies. How do I know in the end on WTW5550 has a bad lid switch? When I do this what indicates it's lid switch is good or bad?

Blue and white become one wire stay together all times.touch those wires to red for lock and when you want to reset/unlock tock to yellow

@@KevinEvans-x5uSo leave the blue and white connected to red for complete wash cycle? Connect to yellow at end of cycle to release lock? What is chance if damaging the board doing this? Interesting. I have been wanting to figure a way to bypass some of these more complicated lock switch mechanisms.
