Thank you so much for this video! I have an old Bradford (zellers brand) apartment sized dryer. It spins on and off but as soon as it has more than a few pieces of clothes it won’t spin. From your video I’m assuming the belt but what size would I use for my apartment sized dryer?

Thank you so much this Was so informative video. I have a question, my dryer wont spin when the drum is on but the motor would work fine without the drum or belt. I have changed the belt Bearings all good Belt size is identical and placed properly Motor works fine alone with nothing attached If I turn the dryer on while the drum is on I could hear the motor buzzing for maybe 2 sec then shut down after a click. Before it got to this stage last time I used it was rotating with a loud sound and then I quickly stopped it. Not sure what is going on with it so please help me if you could Thanks

I have the same style of dryer but it is model: WED4815EW1. The dryer turns on but it trembles and doesn’t spin so it would be the belt right? If so, what belt should I use for it? Thank you in advance!

I have a dryer that spins without clothes but won’t spin with clothes in it. Changed the belt and motor pulley because it snapped but now it won’t spin with clothes in it. Any suggestions?

Generally speaking it’s going to be the belt. But you already replaced it. I would double check to make sure the belt is on right, that the pulley and rollers spin freely. And also that you have the right belt. Sometimes people send the wrong one out. It does spin without clothes in it right? If not maybe you belt/ motor switch
